Thirteenth Century England XVI: Proceedings of the Cambridge Conference, 2015

Cambridge currently plays host to the biennial 'Thirteenth-Century England' conference. These proceedings are the fruit of work scholars from the UK and beyond whose interests lie in all aspects of the history of this period. Here they respond to the theme of the 2015 conference theme, which was 'uncertainty', tracing it through politics, intellectual life, law and religious culture
