My PhD explores the relationship between raison d'état and national unity in German historical thought from 1890 to 1924, under the supervision of Dr. Martin Ruehl. 

Before beginning the PhD I completed the MPhil in Political Thought and Intellectual History at the University of Cambridge. 
My research is co-funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) and Clare College, Cambridge.
