Ruoyu Han is a PhD candidate in History of Political Thought. His research explores the place of political economy in the Scottish Enlightenment. In particular, his thesis examines the economic thought of David Hume, Sir James Steuart, and Adam Smith, and how their economic arguments inform their political thought.
