History in the Humanities and the Social Sciences

Research project
Political Thought and Intellectual History

This Project is designed as a collaborative research programme, jointly led by Richard Bourke (Cambridge) and Quentin Skinner (QMUL), and funded by the UK Arts and Humanities Research Council. Its aim is to explore the role of historical knowledge and approaches across the human sciences, ranging from Philosophy to Literature and from Law to Economics. On our website you will find information about the scope and application of the Network, as well as details about its members and its meetings.

We actively encourage participation in our meetings by Faculty, Fellows, Postdoctoral Researchers and Graduate Students.
