Faculty Student Photo Competition 2017 Winners announced!

Thank you to all those who entered, and who voted in the Faculty Photo Competition 2017 - we can now announce the winners!

Category 1, History at Cambridge

Sammy Love won first prize with the beautiful 'Early morning lectures made bearable' image - perhaps many of you can sympathise with this photo!

1st Prize winner in the History at Cambridge category


Second prize goes to Oliver Crawford with his Reflection - a little bit of Cambridge history reflected in a coffee cup image which we thought was superb.

Runner up in the History at Cambridge category

Category 2, Fieldwork Photos

Nat Weisberg won first prize with a fantastic photo about the American West, The history of the American west is a history of escape.

1st Prize winner in the Fieldwork category
Second prize goes to Oliver Crawford - who is clearly a budding photography star! - with his 'Ramadan in Jakarta'.

Runner up in the fieldwork category.

Congratulations to the winners and we have truly enjoyed looking through all the submissions sent in by our students. You can see some of the other entries in the Gallery.
