PhD Candidate in Early Modern Economic and Social History

I am a second year PhD student at Queens' College and the Faculty of History, University of Cambridge. My PhD topic is entitled "Coinage Crimes and Society during the period of the British Republic, 1649-1660", and is supervised by Professor Craig Muldrew.


 

PhD Research:



My PhD thesis, the title of which is "Coinage Crimes and Society during the period of the British Republic, 1649-1660", researches the criminal manipulation of the coinage, including counterfeiting, clipping and the unauthorised transporting of it abroad, in the British Isles, during the period of the British Republic (1649-1660).
