Previously, I graduated with a dual bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from the American University of Beirut. I then went on to study for an MA in Politics and International Relations at Durham University. I am currently a scholar at the University of Cambridge working on economic theory and the history of major economic events under the supervision of Dr Martin Ruehl. Most pertinent to my work are the Wall Street Crash, monopolisation practices in Nazi Germany and the Weimar Republic, the New Deal in America, and other influential forces that have contributed to the shape of our world’s economic climate. I try to approach my interests from several angles which include but are not limited to epistemology, ideology, intellectual history, political science, macroeconomics and financial analysis.
