I am a PhD student in economic history at the University of Cambridge, supervised by Dr. Cristiano Ristuccia. I received my MSc from the London School of Economics, before which I studied at Lancaster University. My PhD is funded by the Osk. Research Interests

My thesis studies linkages between the financial system and the economy in Britain from 1850 to 1913 using econometric methods. More broadly, my research interests include 19th and 20th century financial history, quantitative and macroeconomic history, financial markets and financial economics.
