The Degree Committee Office processes all graduate funding applications, at both the MPhil and PhD levels, on behalf of the Faculty of History.
The admissions/continuation process and the funding process operate simultaneously and in parallel, and academic and administrative staff have to work to a very tight schedule in order to meet the deadlines set by different funding agencies. Hence, it is imperative that you follow the guidance provided in the relevant MPhil/PhD prospectus/Leave to continue guide and in this Funding Guide and adhere to the admission/continuation and funding deadlines specified.
It takes anywhere from 6 weeks to 12 weeks for the Faculty to process a complete admission/continuation application.
It is your responsibility to make sure the admission/continuation application you submit is complete.
