Dr. Ulinka Rublack awarded 2011 Roland H. Bainton Prize for History
"Dressing Up: Cultural Identity in Renaissance Europe" was awarded the 2011 Roland H. Bainton Prize for History, which recognizes the best book published in English during the preceding year in any historical field from 1450-1660.
It also was one of the six finalists for the 2011 Cundill Prize, the world's largest non-fiction history book award, which recognizes outstanding history books accessible to the wider public.
