Another success for Cambridge in French history
This year again, Cambridge undergraduate achievement has been recognized by the Society for the Study of French History.
Pierre Caquet's Part II dissertation, 'Egyptology, French Romantic nationalism, and the Oriental crisis of 1839-1840', was awarded first prize in the Society's annual competition for final year dissertations
in British and Irish universities.
