Biography:

PhD Cambridge 2006.

MPhil Cambridge 2002.

BA Cambridge 2000.

I was a Junior Research Fellow in History at Christ's College, Cambridge from 2005 to 2009, and a Kennedy Scholar at Harvard University from 2000 to 2001.

Research Supervision

I supervise graduate students for the M.Phil in Political Thought and Intellectual History; I can offer a supervision across a range of topics in intellectual history from 1550-1800.

I supervise 4 undergraduate papers:

'The History of Political Thought c.1700-c.1890' (Part 1 Paper 20 / Part 2 Paper 4)

I regularly lecture for Part 2 Paper 17 ('The Politics of Knowledge') and Part 1 Paper 16 (Early modern Europe).
